My 7 year old and I do this book together. She likes it. We are beginners and it isn't too easy, but I like that you need to keep practicing until you quickly see the checkmates....Cool book for us.
My son likes this book a lot. It lets him practice at home. The problems are way too easy for adults, but perfect for children who are just learning to play.
Solving mates in two is not the best way to engage a kid in chess. Problems are way to easy for a child with some playing experience.
The book I received didn't look like the picture featured on . So not sure if I received the right book
