Nothing new here, but I always have at least one Tolkien calendar up and I enjoy seeing the movie photos and remembering the fabulousness of the LOTR movie years.The calendar is nice, glossy paper, good color.
Meh. I just didn't care for the photographs in this one. They just seemed flat and old-hat to me. I have gotten various LOTR calendars in the last few years, and I usually keep them for the art (and sometimes for the eye candy factor :P) but I doubt I'll keep this one. Just my opinion; everyone's taste is different.
I love lord of the rings. Are the pictures old-yes, are they pretty much the same every year-yes. But like a good marriage to the same person, my love for these pictures has only grown stronger. Like a waffle or crepe, the calendar is just an excuse for me to enjoy something much sweeter. Also Galadriel is hot and i'm not married.
Beautiful calendar. Great for LoTR fans - each month features a different character with multiple shots in a gorgeous collage. Visually, one of the nicest calendars I've had in years.
Prompt shipping. I have been buying this calendar for over 20 years for my son. Every year he is still excited to receive this as a Christmas gift.
The collage for each character was the selling point for me. Having different images instead of one for every month was what I was looking for.
