This is the best book I've read. I love reading comic books. Comic books are my favorite. By the way I am 6 years old.
This is for my grandson who loves both the superheroes and Legos. He isn't much into readingbut at bedtime that night, he had me read this book to him. He was so excited over it.The book arrived on time and in perfect shape. I will be ordering again in the future.
I bought our first copy for my 4yo daughter, who is on a huge superhero kick right now, and for whom it's been challenging to find age-appropriate material with her favorites (Superman and Wonder Woman). This comic reader was an instant hit, with its bold pictures and easily-followed stories it perfectly bridged the gap between picture book and comic book. We liked it so much that when she insisted on a superhero birthday party, I bought another 20 as party favors. Many of the parents (me included) enjoyed the fun humor, and it was a much better gift than candy. Here's to hoping for many more in this series!
Great for any Batman fan, especially those of childhood age! My 5-yr old son loves this book. He enjoys flipping through the pages and asks for help reading it very often. It's great for keeping him entertained while also exposing him to early reading. Great book overall and I'm so happy we found it for him. Bonus, it's fun for adults to read, too!
My 3 year old and I love these comics. Light sarcastic undertone. Cute storyline. He's able to watch the storyline progress through the speaking bubbles. And we can still make predictions, connections, etc. Keep them coming!
This comic book arrived safely and as scheduled.It is certainly fun for my 6 and 4 year old who LOVES legos. They were flipping through the pages and reading it. They actually didn't fight over it since the little one cannot read yet, so she requested the older one to read to her. It worked out perfectly and it's a fun way for them to learn to read and have bonding experience.
For those kids who like to read a more comic book style this would be good for them. My son is still a bit young so this was more difficult for him. The letters are very small and as with comic book form it can be hard to follow for unfamiliar kiddos.
These are for young kids - those just learning to read maybe 4 or 5 at the most. They are very simplistic. Got on sale for $1.50 and I think that was too much. These are like the free ones you get at fast food restaurants.
