My son loved reading this book during the holidays. I would really recommend this book for families who don't celebrate religious holidays as the celebration happening in this book is Winter Solstice.
My son loves this book and anything that is Dinosaur Train. Not only can he tell me which dinosaurs the characters are, but now after reading this book he knows about the Aurora Borealis and wants to learn more.
Good book and it is just like the pbs tv episode. My 4 yo loves this episode, so he likes this story. It does not rhyme well and I can see how it might not be able to capture the attention of toddlers.
This arrived in brand new condition. My kids love dinosaur train so they really enjoyed this book. It teaches kids about the solstice and the northern lights.
Great story and introduction for kids to the Northern Lights. Talks about a festival of lights in the winter (alternate to Christmas) and if your kids love dinosaurs they will love this book.
Ogerall, good story, but it's just s big heavy on vocabulary for my three year old. Also, Golden Books aren't quite the quality they were when I was a child.
A very cute book for little ones. My daughter loves to snuggle up and have us read it to her. She loves Dinosaur Train, especially Shiny.
So many wonderful illustrations. The only thing missing was the special effects of going through the tunnel! The story was interesting.
