If you buy "Jeff Foxworthy's Redneck Calendar" because you think Jeff is describing your family...If you buy it to get fashion tips...If you buy it to have something to read with your morning coffee...If you buy it to teach your kids to count past 10...If you buy it and put it on your mantelpiece underneath your singing bass plaque and your velvet Elvis portrait...If you buy it and save the used pages for when you run out of toilet paper...Then you might be a Redneck. if not, then you can buy it and see how the other half lives, even if they live next door- or upstairs.
The jokes on this book are hilarious but get a little old. Also there are no illustrations on the pages which make the joke lack a little more to be desired.
I was disappointed but have to admit it was my error. I hadn't realized it was a 2012 calendar being sold Jan. 2013. I am writing this to keep someone else from making the same mistake.
I get one of these for my Dad every year. He's still laughing so I guess they are still funny. Not always appropriate, but neither are Rednecks!
