I am working my way through this wonderful series of biographies issuedby DK. As I have said in previous reviews, the editing could be a littlesharper, but otherwise they are completely wonderful and enjoyable andinformative books to read. I always find something about the personthat I hadn't known before.The only niggling beef I have about this particular book is that the author always calls the President Jack. Most likely the idea was to make it more personal but I find it only a little bit short of impolite anddisrespectful of the office.I think that, particularly, since the book is directed primarily towardsyoung people that the author should not have taken such liberties.
it is a nice book if you want a short biography. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in John F Kennedy.
You can't go wrong with ANYTHING from the DK series. I discovered them in guide books, but this series is quite interesting as well!
It has a lot of great info about him and I learned new things. Also his Memorial Day is coming up soon!
