This is a wonderful book for reading to a kiddo you want to be bilingual. A very cute story with lots of different animals. I love that it is in English and Portuguese so that if you are not as confident in your Portuguese you have a ready translation.
I love that I can use this book to raise my child bilingual. The two things I didn't care for: the Portuguese translation is a bit off. Nothing major but it's a bit odd. And I was hoping for cardboard pages and these pages are not as sturdy. It looks sturdy enough but only time will tell how long the book will last.
This book is filled with different sounds that you have to make to be able to read completely and give a full impression of the book. Great way to practice two languages and also to teach the noise each animal makes.
I was so happy to have found a book in Brazilian Portuguese.
