This little book has lasted for 3 months travelling in a diaper bag and in the car. It is durable and one of our one-year-old's favorite books. It provides opportunity for interaction or just to look at independently. Love it.

Even if it is just to turn the page! Sharks are attracted to movement right? Well, we all feel safer knowing baby will not try to pet a shark or play unawares in our sea outings.
My daughter researched sharks in graduate school. She just had a baby, so this was one of the first books I bought. The story is simple so we ad-lib a bit. The pictures are clear, colorful and not cluttered but still give room for adding to the story.
I purchased this for my 6-month-old niece. The whole series is fantastic for little minds, and she really enjoys the movement of the puppets. Her mom finds the puppets in this series easier to move around than in other puppet series on . The only drawback was that the colors in this book were somewhat dull compared to the others, which affected the baby's interest level. With other books, such as the horse book, she is riveted start to finish, but with this one she consistently loses interest and starts fussing in the middle of the book.
My little guy (10.5 months) giggled every time I moved the shark finger puppet, but as the person who has to read the books, I didn't care for the story. I may just make one up since he won't know any different. I prefer the Little Learners series, but little dude likes all the finger puppet books.
Bought this book for my son who just became a father. They have a bit of an underwater theme going on in the nursery so I thought this would be fun. This is a totally cute book. It is mostly fun because of the shark finger puppet, but it has cute pictures and rhyming words. This little board book is thick and cute. I would assume it will hold up well.
Adorable and short and sweet. The story was not very good, but maybe that's just my opinion as an adult. Anyway, I call my LO a shark because of the way he BF, so when I saw this, I absolutely had to get it.
These seriously are the coolest books! We gave a few to our 15 month old for Christmas! She finds it hilarious when we play with the puppet. The story is cute as well! I recommend purchasing as many of these board book as you can! They are so fun and such great quality! Plus you can't beat the price as they cost $12.99 at the local bookstore.
