I have so much fun with this book. my grandson (now 1 year old) likes to turn the pages and find the "kkitty" and when he finally gets to the last page or so I put my finger in it and pop the face out. He laughs so much, and I love that! i would recommend this to anyone, the kids love it.
I purchased this book as well as Little Mouse (Finger Puppet Brd Bks) a couple months ago and began reading them to my then 2 month old daughter. She was immediately attached to these books, and really loves Little Kitten in particular. I am not sure if this is becuase of the rhyme or because the mouse face is not as clear/cute as the kitten's face is.The rhyme is simple and sweet and you will soon have it memorized. I now prop her up against my knees and read it to her so that I can watch her face. She lights up as soon as I start the little story.The books is well made and the back where the finger puppet is attached seems very secure with all the edges and seams hidden from view.I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for something for their own baby or anyone looking for a gift!
It was a gift for my one year old niece. She seems to like it. I think the whole series of books are very cute. The pages are sturdy, and the finger puppets are adorable. Great book for a small child.
Such an adorable little book! We have a few cats and our 9 month old is constantly trying to grab at their fur, so we kind of use this book to show her how to pet the kitty cats properly. She's still too young to understand, but she will get it eventually LOL. The pages are very sturdy, heavy duty thick cardboard in material, the colors are bright and vibrant, and the little finger puppet is just too cute for words! I would absolutely purchase this again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a finger puppet book :)
This is a great book to keep little ones entertained! It's the perfect size for small hands and is easy to pack in any diaper bag. There are lots of different titles to choose from, so you will definitely want to buy more than one!
I love all of the finger puppet books and this is no exception. I bought this as a gift for a friends (I have many of these already) and was excited to find a kitten one for my cat loving friend. I love that as a cat book it is not too "girl focused" as sometimes cat books can be. Very cute!
This fun series is a big success with my 9 month old grandson. He loves animals and this is a great introduction for learning. I look forward to getting the rest of the series!
My grandson loved putting his little fingers in the book and making the mouse "come alive". Look for the Little Bee Book, too.
