book is a little babyish for a 5th grader, but it does the job. My son learned cursive in pre k and basically taught himself how to print in 2nd grade when he moved to a public school, so his printing is horrible. This is definitely good practice for him.
Very young for a 5th grader. It's basically "if I could go on an adventure, I would...." And then they fill in the blank page. Very basic and could have easily come up with this without the book. It's basically practicing coming up with ideas and writing them down.
I was looking for a handwriting workbook. This is maybe a cheap ESL book at best. Not worth the money at ALL.
Not really what I was looking for.
