Great book to work on your kid's comprehension skills. This was our weakness in 3rd grade and kid received additional home work to work on comprehension and this book contains great exercises for kid to work on it and understand better what we wanted from him to learn
Nice book for traveling in the car short distances. Got this for my soon-to-be 3rd grader just to brush up on skills during the summer without overdoing it. Nice quick passages for her to work on before we arrive at our destination. Nothing intense, no critical thinking, just something quick to pass the time. Not recommended for those needing rigor or higher order thinking.
I love Carson-Dellosa products! My son is flourishing in reading now after struggling for years! These books are spot on for a great education.
