We are big fans of Bizzy Bear at my house. We have all of the books for when our grandchildren come to visit. Both my mother and father were involved with the aerospace industry (with my father working for NASA) and my mother actually building the electrical components that went into many spacecraft. Because of our family history, I jumped to pre-order Bizzy Bear Space Rocket.In the cute story, Bizzy Bear and his friend rabbit take a space trip and land on another planet. The trip starts with boarding the rocket and shows the journey, too, so it is the whole trip.My grandson is enjoying the book. It has his favorite activities from see-saw motions to twirls to a fun pull out "blast-off". The whole series is one of his favorites and each time he comes to visit, he sits down and has Nana read through the books with him before he takes over for all the fun activities.
The Bizzy Bear series of activity books are awesome. So much better than "lift the flap" type books. Every other page has an activity for your child to do; they can blast off to the moon, look at whats in space from the pilot's seat, bump around on the moon, rocket through the Earth's atmosphere out into space and more! The pages and very thick, perfect for toddlers.
This book is perfect for my 1 year old son. He's learning how to move the rocket ships, and there is a lot in the book for him to discover. Really cute - I'll definitely buy other books in the series.
Bizzy Bear books are currently my toddler's favorite (he's 20 months old). Each page has something fun for him to do (push-pull-slide) and it's easy enough for him to do it himself, where other books have caused him much frustration when he tries to pull a tab that is too difficult for a little one to do without assistance. The books are also super sturdy and I know they will last a long time. The simple, rhyming text is perfect for his age and attention span. My son loves to read Bizzy Bear over and over!
My son lovessss the Bizzy Bear books. This was the first one i bought for him and I started reading them to my son when he was 2 months old. Now at 8 months, when i lay books across the bed for us to read, he always reaches for this one first (he loves it more than the Elmo books he has). I personally like how the lines are short, they rhyme and of course each page is colorful and interactive. I also appreciate this is a board book so its sturdy for tough little fingers lol. I'm trying to build a collection of these books and I can't wait to read more to my son.
My son really loves these books and they held up pretty well. They are very thick and it's great for boys who like to tear books :) I just wish it had more pages.
Bizzy Bear books are so well made, durable, interactive and fun. Space rocket is my son's favorite. These books are a must have in any child's library.
Bought this book for our 3 year old grandson who likes rockets and planets. He loves the book and has fun with the moveable parts. Highly recommend it
