This book is 4 pages with no major story line. Maybe recommend for a baby to play with or look at pictures. My son is very into helicopters and he is 2. We were very disappointed in this purchase, only nice thing is the illustrations on the 4 pages?!,
This is a great book for toddlers who love to look at pictures of helicopters. This book has just enough words on the page to make it seem like they are "reading" but is short enough to hold their very short attention spans. I would not recommend this to preschool aged children and above as there probably isn't enough of a story for them. My son who is 1 1/2 loves to flip through the book and look at the pictures. It has just enough pictures for him to look at and just enough for me to read before his is moving on to the next thing.
It's okay. Certainly not great. Very thick pages and that's a good thing, but there are very few pages, they're small, the story is just okay. My nearly three year old grandson LOVES trucks, planes, and helicopters, and this kept his attention for the couple of minutes it took to go through it. He was not interested in going through it again. Can't say I blame him too much.
I absolutely adored this children's book. I bought this for my 11 month old grandson for his soon to be 1 year old birthday. He loves the helicopters I've bought him and I'm certain he'll enjoy Mimi reading this to him.
It was smaller in format than I had thought. I'm sure that information was given and I missed it. It is good for little hands,but I was expecting something bigger. however, the content is good and the illustrations suit a 3-year-old just fine. As usual, it arrived on time and in good condition.
Very short book. The helicopters "busy day" consists of doing two things on a couple pages. Blink and it's over. Too short for my helicoptor loving toddler.
A very cute book and very well illustrated. The story line is a little shy. It is a nice board book for small children though.
We gave this as a gift, but it's literally not long enough, and does not really say anything about helicopters actual jobs.
