Well worth the cost! This is a thick heavy book that is full of fun activities and coloring! It is easy to bring out the child's imagination by following the prompts! The pages are nice and thick. I plan on giving this to my son for christmas and can not wait to see what he creates!

I purchased this book for my 2.5 year old son, who loves Pete the Cat. By FAR, this is his favorite. We received it two days ago, and every night since then, it is the ONLY book he wants to read. I have read it to him about nine times in two days. The reason? Pete the Cat + Construction Equipment. Two things my son loves. If you have a kiddo that loves Pete and ALSO delights in pointing out the difference between a bulldozer and an excavator, you need to buy this book immediately.Based on the books that have had longevity on his nightstand, I can guarantee this one will be there for a while.

I am glad someone else commented about the story here and how it doesn't make sense. It is as if a page is missing between the playground falling and being magically rebuilt. It is hard to recite the last words of dreaming big when something is so nonsensical. I am glad the other Pete the Cat books are better and have more substance.

This was just what my son needed and the best part it that it is some thing you can do together or alone the quality of this book is amazing the pages r thick u can use markers and there will be no bleeding throw , the words are clear and big , bold , it's been loads of fun to use / Play . It's great for boys or girls . I plan on buying one for each of my nephews .

I got these for my 2 and 4-year olds for Christmas. Of course, the instructions in the activities were beyond the two year old, but both kids really enjoy the books.Often, activity books have material that is too advanced for the target audience, or just so dumb that no kid is going to want to do it. This book has funny activities, and the pages are good for coloring even if you aren't interested in following the instructions. The pages have a nice heft, so you can use a variety of mediums on them without worrying about it bleeding through. The activities are varied and I enjoyed doing a few pages with the kids. The listed target ages 4-8 is spot on. My 6 and 8 year olds enjoyed helping the little kids with the activity instructions. I thought it was a good value, lots of pages, high quality material, plus, it links with a character from a book, not a TV show (Or have they made Pete into a show? I hope not). I would definitely get this again.

My daughter loves Pete the Cat and this activity book didn't last long at our house! She couldn't stop going through the pages and completing the activities! It definitely kept her engaged and the book was thicker than I expected. It was a hit at our house!

Super cute! My daughter loves this doodle book. It has a lot to do and it keeps my daughters interest. She keeps going back for it, which says a lot. I even came back and bought a number of them for party favors after she picked Pete the Cat for her party theme. Thank you !!

Horribly boring and book. Not as good as the original Pete the Cat books. Any kids book that comes with stickers should be a clue the book isn't going to be good and your kid will want the stickers and thus you can't return it.
