All I can say is wow!! I didn't expect this book to be for elementary school students. When I received THE HISTORY OF HIP HOP, I was quite excited until I opened the package. But, nonetheless, I still presented the book to my college students. It was considered to be full of historical facts even by them and it made for an easy read, SO NO EXCUSE for misunderstanding!! (smile)
interested in hip-hop. My nephew isn't normally a reader, but he took to this book with a great deal of interest.
I like the book but I was disappointed when I saw it didn't have that many pages. I would never purchased this book if I had known that it wasn't lengthy. I just expected more book for the $8 and change I spent.
