I ordered this book to read myself and then pass on to my six-year-old grandson. I showed it to him when it arrived and he immediately wanted me to read it to him. The book has so much information about the first ladies that one normally might never know. Also, the poster in the back of the book will be great for hanging in his room when he is studying history in school. I highly recommend this book.

I love the DK books for my 5th/6th grade gifted classroom. I have about 60 of them and they are excellent nonfiction books. Most have AR levels from about 6.0-9.0 and have 1 AR point.Fabulous pictures, great information in such a succinct book, and the kids love them.

My 7 year old daught is very interested in first ladies. She loves this book. It gives a good overview of each first lady and has nice pictures.

The book is full of interesting facts that are a bit short, but lots of fun. It comes with a poster and a cd of clip art.

A lot of great information about the First Ladies. I love the layout and great pictures. Would highly recommend for your collection of presidential reading!

Bought as a gift for grandchild. Read thru it myself prior to giving it as present and can't believe how much information is presented in such clear and easy statements.
