I have bought these books for my classroom. I teach Pre-K. The three of the books are higher than Pre-Kindergarten level but I think if you want to introduce an artist and his art; you can modify your lesson while using these books.
As an adult, I love all of Mike Venezia's books on greatest artists. All his books have enough info to get to know the artist, coupled with fun, colorful illustrations. Highly recommended.

The children in my preschool art enrichment class loved all the books! A good investment!
