In planning a trip to Paris with an adolescent, we purchased this book to add interest an information about the famous painting to help develop interest and bring the life to the visit. The illustrations are charming and the story, what there is of it, it cute but it is empty. It left us wondering, Is that all there is? And in the end, had I known the book I would not have purchased it.
