I am a huge Andy Warhol fan, so I purchased this book for my 1 year old daughter, who loves books. The colors are fun, and the words are ok, but some of the pictures are a little hard for a young child to discern what they are supposed to be, and some of the colors are a little muted for someone who is just learning their colors. I would recommend "Pop Warhol's Top" instead of this one, if you're looking for a children's book with illustrations by your favorite artists.

I am currently building up my children's book collection, and I was so excited to come across this book. I love Andy Warhol's art and this book is a fun introduction to his art. There are many bright bold colors in the book, and I love that. I would have expected nothing less for a book with Andy Warhol's name stamped on it.The book is made for toddler aged children, so it is not something your children will come back to as they age. The book is a sturdy and slightly small - but perfect for little hands to turn. It is also a board book, so it will be fine if it gets tossed around a bit (which happens a lot with little ones). I plan on purchasing more of this book as gifts for friends that are expecting. Thanks!

None of the more famous recognizable Warhol images are in this book. The text isn't very well written either. I bought a bunch of books about various artists to use with students and my son. I consider this to be the worst of the group. As an art teacher, I personally wouldn't choose this book to teach kids about Warhol or color. My 21 month old son likes the pictures though. It has an animal theme going on and he likes to point at the animals and practice their noises. Overall, I was very disappointed that this book mostly showed lesser known Warhol works.

I was very excited to find this book for my child. I love Andy Warhol myself so I figured I'd enjoy it too. My kid LOVES it. The pics are great, with just a little bit of writing. It's also made with hard pages so it's difficult to distroy. We've read it over and over and it's still a big hit.

In addition to identifying colors in Warhol illustrations, there are captions identifying some animals and nature scenes. Beautiful, colorful images are chosen. The goal of a board book, to maintain baby's and reader's interest, is achieved. It's clear why this is a bestseller!

Teaching children sight words and colors is important and this book makes it fun. The colors are bright and everything is bold and alive on the pages, the board book is also rather sturdy, my little one loves it.

Hard to gauge a 3yo's reaction to this book, but the parents were absolutely thrilled with it. Just a very cool way to help a child their colors and expose them to the art world. Would highly recommend this book.

I love this item! My daughter wanted books with bright, bold contrasting colors for her little guy! He's still tiny but we read to him several times a day and as he grows, he will learn his colors and also images from this. Well made and sturdy, it will stand up to his little hands!
