Although some entering their teens would appreciate these books, kindly 'show and tell' these to young children as well, even if they must grow into them. The entire series is a small but wonderful doorway to the world of art. Don't you just love opening doorways to new places?
We enjoy this book and have used it to supplement our homeschool art program. The illustrations are detailed and the information they provide, while small, is accurate. It's a nice additon to our library .
Every adult should know as well...Good book, easy reading and great color pictures. The whole series is good and would be appropriate for every school media center k-12.
A great book to introduce 7 year and up artists to the modern masters. Good educational read and photos are crisp. Would recommend to the child who is interested in painting/coloring etc.
