Checked this book out from my local library for my 1 year old, and ended up having to buy it because he loves it so much! He points to it and says book and even recognizes that it's about tractors. I was talking to someone the otehr day about tractors and he ran over to his books and pointed, wanting this book to show them his tractors.
This book is perfect for small, toddler hands. I got it for my nephew who LOVES tractors. Unfortunately there is no green or John Deere tractors but besides that, a perfect fit for a boy who loves tractors! Easily held, small enough for a baby bag/book bag. Recommended for toddlers-young elementary kids!
I gave this book as a gift to my neighbour's year and a half old son to help soften the blow when his new baby brother arrived. It is a huge hit! He loves to carry it around with him and the handle makes that easy for him. Every time he sees me, his face lights up and he says through a big smile, "'Ractor"! Admittedly, he is obsessed with 'ractors and that is what makes this a 5 star book for him but the format is also perfect for small hands.
This is a great little book for children to carry with them. I would suggest it for others with young children.
Birthday gift for a 2 year old that is crazy about tractors. He loved it and was crawling in everyone's lap to "look at all the tractors!" Loved the handle too!
