My son loves this book. He wants to read it over and over. This seems to be one of the better Thomas & Friends "Step into Reading" books. Have ordered some others and they were less interesting and engaging. This one has much more substance. It's a big hit in our house!
Another great Step into Reading book! My boys love Thomas so we are collecting all the ones we don't have yet. This will aid with reading, phonics and sight word skills and your child won't even know they are learning! My son memorizes the words and he's only 3. These are great quality and will last thru passing them down from child to child..
Easy for the toddler set to follow along while you read and easy enough for them to memorize. They can easily tell you what's going on and begin to learn the words. We have a few of these and my children read them over and over and over and...
Cute book..but in our house our 2 year old ggson loves Thomas. I buy these books for my kindle fire so when he comes over to spend the night he can read the books with grommy. I will be buying more. You can't read just one!!!!
My 3 year old grandson loves all of the Thomas books. When he received this at his recent 3rd birthday, he insisted daddy read it immediately before opening any more presents. Happy with the purchase.
This is excellent on the kindle fire. The pictures take up the whole screen unlike most other thomas books in the step into reading theme. The words are few, but that is great for my 2 year old.
Good story, taken from the movie. Kids enjoyed it and the illustrations are nice. Not much else you can say about a Thomas book.
When I read the book initially, I was a little concerned about a 3 year old's reaction to Thomas being trapped in a fire. He seems to be fine but I would consider the sensitivity of the individual child before buying this book.
