My son loves this book. It's a lot of fun to put the pieces together and wind the tractor and watch it go. The "story" is simple and fun. My son's 2 (the recommended age is 3) so he requires a little help with winding the tractor and we only allow him to play with it when we are around. But, he has a lot of fun with it and asks to play with it often.The only reason my review isn't a five is that it arrived in very poor shape. The exterior of the book was very dirty with a greasy substance which I was able to wash off and all of the corners of the pages were mashed. I would have sent it back but with a 2-year-old playing with it, it will be even more beat up soon. Still, for the money, I think it's terrible to arrive in such poor shape.
My 2-yr old nephew is obsessed with trucks and trains and absolutely loves this book. He asks his mom to take out the truck book and still likes watching the car follow the tracks. very cute idea that was executed well.
