Stories are great for my 7 year old. I love that the possibilities are endless with the kind of words that you can come up with. We had previously purchased the Junior Mad Libs which had a list of words they could use. I wasn't a fan of limiting him with a list. He really enjoys how the stories in this book turn out. They are silly and he help him feel like he is making up the story with his words. He has a 5-year sister that thinks they are just the funniest thing in the world. He even gets her to help with some of the easier blanks to fill in. It makes me happy to see them working together on something finally! I will buy every single Mad Libs book every made if they keep this up ;)

Our 2 boys ages 6 and 8 played with this frequently during our recent looong road trip. Most of the pages are done. It's a great way to sneak in some parts-of-speech, grammar, spelling, and writing practice during the summer :) We did have to confiscate a few times for repeated use of inappropriate and overly gross word choices but still worth it :)

I gave this to my son for Christmas. He had never heard of it and I could tell he wasn't sure why I gave him a book that sounded suspiciously like school work. That all changed the first time we did one. We did it at dinner and everyone participated in picking crazy words. He thought it was hilarious and laughed those big belly laughs only little boys can do. Especially at anything having to do with butts. We had to do 3 that night.Highly recommend these fun books.

Can you go wrong with Mad Libs? The answer is definitely NO! My son is in karate and I bought these as a stocking stuffer for him. He went through the whole book Christmas Day! He and his cousins sat for hours filling in the blanks and giggling all day! I love it because it encourages imagination and thought, it is basically an English lesson for them without feeling like I am making them learn!

Mad Libs are so fun for the whole family, I recommend them to EVERYONE :0)I bought several of these and gave them as gifts. If you want to laugh...get them, theyare also great educational tools too. I have the app loaded on my ipad and on roadtrips with my husband, dad, mother, etc we do them but use adult words sometimes,it is FUNNY!

The kids love these. After the first one they are now trying to ti make the words bolder amd more outrageous. They are also learning what verbs, nouns, pronouns etc. are. So that is a bonus. It's nice to have them off the computer having fun.

Got these for my nephews ages 6 & 10 at Christmas. They opened them up and tossed them aside, not too impressed. So after a while I picked one up and went through one with their mom, after we all laughed our tails off they couldn't put them down.

I bought this for my eight year old sin for Christmas. The whole family enjoyed playing this game in the car last week. They're still just as fun as when I was a kid and he gets to practice some grammar.
