I love these little "stained glass" coloring books, as does my teenage daughter. The vellum is an interesting change to work with and the small size of the pages make them perfect for making into cards. The low price convinced me to take a chance on several, and we are glad we did (and will be picking up more in the future. We added cardstock borders to bring them to a 5x7 size , Nd holiday greetings, and have gotten a great response from young and old alike. Definitely money well spent and we will e ordering more.
I sent two of these to my nieces back home. My brother just sent me pics of theirartwork they hung in the window. I have a couple little picasso's! LOL.These were a hit. They are small and easy to color. Works great for any age.I also love they have all the holidays. I already have their Thanksgiving ones lined upand thennnnnnnnn onto Christmas! Great inexpensive gifts. Super pleased with these!
Cute little pics to color - I purchased this for some bold line drawings to use as embroidery patterns and they are great for that purpose. They're only about 3"x4" so you're not likely to become bored before your picture is done. Pretty good little book
I bought this for my niece for Halloween and was surprised by the quality of this coloring book. The book is sturdy and the pages are transparent to allow light through after coloring. This was a pleasant surprise as this is the first "Stained Glass" type of coloring book I've bought. I plan on buying the Christmas book in time for the next holiday.
I've used a lot of the Dover Stained Glass Coloring Books, and love them. I purchased this one as a gift for a five year old to work on as window decorations for Halloween. This was great fun for her and her Mom! These little books are a super bargain, and I highly recommend this and all the others in the series by Dover.
I had my senior art group color these with markers, then attached several to string as a mobile in front of their room windows.( I bought multiples copies.) Well worth the price!
I can not stress enough how much the 5 year old recipient loved this. It is the perfect size to keep her attention and she was stupid excited to hang these on the window.
