Never used a daily devotional before but this one certainly gets the day off right and keeps it that way. Was really disappointed when I found out there wasn't going to be a 2009 version. I had torn off each day in 2008 without even giving it a thought. Was able to purchase 2 (one for me and one for my sister) and am keeping mine intact to use year over year.
This is a great calendar so far. Very informative and makes you realize just how satan tries to tempt us in so many ways and how important it is to stand firm. I would definately recommend this to anyone unless you like to read only a verse or two a day.
I got this for my mother who is a huge Joyce Meyer fan. She absolutely loves to read the notations each morning.. Great for someone who needs a lift every day.
