This book provides a highly adequate amount of information in a very concise way, and I actually learned a decent amount when I read it. The nice thing about it is that it the readings are just a page long, and then are followed with one or two pages of activity to reinforce the reading. I bought them to use over the summer with some awesome kids that I know.

Great to use when teaching on the subject

I like it and it is okay but it is good for kids. I took my test and I had pretty good passed the test because I read so much about Mayan, Incan, and Aztec Civilizations. I wish it could be same author and explain more like where they sleep, what they eat specific and how to cook with what?, what game they plays, etc. instead quiz. Still I think it is great for kids to learn something if they are born through family's blood from Central America and South America. Great bargain, I couldn't miss it.

Great resource! Interesting and educational.

This purchase was a gift for a nephew. I haven't heard how much he likes it or even if he has read it.
