My eight year old really likes art and wants to learn how to draw better. He has tried out several of the "projects" in this book and is quite satisfied with the results. It seems to be easy for him to follow the steps. He really likes this book.
This book looked like something from the dollar store and fit in the palm of my hand, I ordered for my grand child that loves to draw but could have down loaded the same info for free from the Internet, I hate giving bad reviews...I gave it one star because even though it was not worth the price...it did have a few ideas on how to draw...the key word is 'few'
Just so cute! A very tiny book. Kids love it. Perfect size for a stocking stuffer, a classroom prize, traveling, or for a birthday party favor. Would recommend for kids that love to draw, or kids who want to learn how to draw.
My 7-year-old wanted a book to teach her to draw and this seems just right. It is a small book but that doesn't take away from the quality. She can put it in her little bag and bring it on car trips, etc. These simple drawings which is a good first step.
Good beginner drawing book. Only complaint is that there are no written directions, just the drawing broken down in steps. Each two page spread has the drawing steps on one side and a blank practice page on the other.My 7 year old uses these to make drawing of things and they turn out recognizable! She is well on her way to being an artist.
A handy little book to keep your child occupied.This might even compete with video games. Ok, maybe that's too much to ask for. At the very least you are introducing you children to art at it's best, 1 on 1
Turned out to be a tiny 3x5 book, otherwise okay. Just not really big enough to work with very well.
Perfect for kids age 6-10. Easy to follow directions. My kids use it in the car or when we're at the restaurant and waiting for our order. Easy to keep in your car. Love it.
