We used this regularly and find it helpful as a place to keep a written record to then transfer information into the electronic family calendar. The problem with this as children get older - not enough spaces for each kid's activities and the pocket and stickers are not necessary - maybe there can be a HIGH SCHOOL version that or even an app for families for a high school version that work this same way where you enter kids/family members' names and then they have a color assigned to them that goes with them to everything blocked/scheduled for them. I highly recommend this for families with kids in grade and middle school! Really helped us. One thing we did to deal with the fact that the magnetic strip is not as strong as it needs to be to hold everything families put in pocket was to punch a hole and attach it to a hook at the top but eventually it rips so we stopped using the pocket. would be great to have two enforced grommet holes on each side as an option for use in hanging for those folks who don't put t his on their fridge!
