The image on the front is just a sticker. You can choose from three images, and they start to peal off soon after they're placed on. The pages are very thin, so whatever you write on one week's note page will make it distracting on the next week's page. No matter what pen or pencil I use, it still shows through. There's also basically nothing Star Wars related inside the planner, just the front and back cover inside. It's just a galaxy sort of pattern though. I wanted to love this planner, but it's really not what I needed. Especially the bleed through makes it not terribly useful.
Great notebook - the price when I bought it can't be beat, and the paper is just so paper smooth.I had apprehensions at first because it was Star Wars themed (and I'm not exactly a fan), but hey, for a Moleskine limited ed, I would definitely get it.
If you are in the dark ages, like I am, then Moleskine Planners are the best. I find this size the best for me, as there is more than enough room to write in all of my settings for the day/week. I like that I can see the whole week on the same page and that there is a notes section to the right of each week, which I typically use for additional appointments that don't fit on the left side.This is my third year in a row getting a Moleskine and they last me the entire year and then some. This time, I broke the mold and got the Star Wars addition. I have gotten a couple of admiring comments on it already.I have an iphone and an ipad, but they don't hold a candle to my Moleskine.
While I tend to keep a lot of my calendar online these days - this planner was perfect for work! I was able to keep track of my meetings, and use the notes section all the time. Provided a great place to keep track of the day's notes and happenings. Would love to see a similar edition for 2015.
I love the look and feel of the leather. Being a big Star Wars fan, its perfect for me. It arrived a few days after I placed the order, way before the expected date of delivery. I hope them come out with one for each year. I definately recommend it.
This is just the calendar that I needed for my new "job" of being in school. It helps me to keep track of my classes and assignments. Love the layout and the size. It fits in my purse and I carry it everywhere with me.
