This is a great book for children or adults too! It tells American History that we have forgotten about and how it was all types of brave people who fought for our freedom.

A young Ethiopian boy I tutor enjoyed it. In fact he can't get enough of the Childhood of Famous Americans series. It's good for late blooming readers.

My daughter can't put this down, age appropriate for an 8 year old.
