My child loves this book! We have a shark one by the same company and he loved it so much we found a different one. My child just thinks that the finger puppet part is a riot and giggles and giggles at it!
This is definitely one of the cutest books for babies I've ever seen! My grandson so loves the book that I've continued to order books with the different animals in the series. It's a simple book, obviously written for the very young (or the very young at heart!)
I bought this book for my one and a half year old nephew and he really liked the monkey. He laughed when I first put my finger in and made monkey noises. He got a little frustrated when the monkey head would get stuck in the hole and he couldn't get it out with his little fingers. But he will grow into it! The story is simple and not very imaginative, but it is fun. It is a good buy if you can get a good price. It is especially good for little ones who are not super interested in books, but would like the interactive monkey puppet on this one.
I bought several of these puppet finger books and they were a great hit with everyone at the party and they were all adults! So im sure once baby arrived he too will love them, so much fun to play with!!
It was a gift for my one year old niece. She seems to like it. I think the whole series of books are very cute. The pages are sturdy, and the finger puppets are adorable. Great book for a small child.
My son loves monkeys so I thought he would love this book. He seems to prefer the fish puppet book in this serious though. This one is still good and cute. Overall, my son, between ages 6-14 months, loves "puppet" books over others.
My one year old adores this book! It will entertain for long periods of time and is our go-to travel book. I would recommend over & over. The story is also sweet, better than a few other finger puppet books I purchased by far.
A mommy friend recommended this book. My boy wasn't really interested in the finger puppet aspect of it until recently, but now he wants you to play with it even if you aren't reading the story.
