I use this book, one on one, to assist first grade readers with the Reading to Rover program. This book offers children exposure to works of art, while at the same time helping them to look carefully at a picture to find specific details. This is one of the books that I enjoy using for this purpose. I highly recommend it!
Great Art Book for young children. After finding the object asked to find in text.....you can go back and ask a child to find something different in the painting. The paintings included are classics!
I bought this book to use in my elementary art classes. The students love looking for the items and I like that they are being exposed to different pieces of art.
I bought this book to give to a granddaughter. It didn't get here in time for Christmas - my fault - and she didn't mind. It's a fun book that fascinates a 8 year old.
