I used this book to teach a group homeschool sewing class while stationed in Germany. The girls enjoyed the projects because they were able to finish them quickly which allowed them to see their own progress. We did most of the projects by hand. It does require individual attention.
Beautiful illustrations, excellent content, clear instructions. This is the perfect book for a person interested in crafts and life on the prairie.
I bought this book for my daughter who is learning to sew. We are fans of Little House on the Prairie. The items in the book are cute and fun. I hope she will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed learning to sew when I was a little girl.
My granddaughter loves this book. She made the apron for the doll, and a bonnet for herself. It brings the past to life.
