My kids love watching Stampy on YouTube and I've grown fond of him as well :)This was a perfect after Christmas gift for my kids! They love it!
My 9 year old daughter wanted Stampy's Lovely book for Christmas BAD! I preordered it early Dec. and gave her a picture letting her know when it would arrive. As expected it arrived right on time on Jan 5th. She was so excited when she came home from school and saw it waiting for her on her bed. My daughter is a YouTube fan and loves Stampy. I read other reviews that say the book is not for teenagers and for a younger crowd. Well it doesn't claim to be. This book clearly states Ages 7-10 years / Grades 2-5. In my opinion the age range is dead on. Although it really can be enjoyed by all ages. The Memes, jokes, and Comics are really great. My daughter laughed and smiled while looking through the book. She even brought the book to school today and it was a hit at the bus stop as well as at recess. I looked over it and just love it. The book is very lovely. Just a overall hit!
My daughter, like so many others LOVES Stampy on youtube. I was so excited to find this book. But that excitement was nothing compared to hers when she received it. She absolutely loves it. It is so hard to find anything Stampy Cat, this was definitely a win. I am hoping that there were soon be more books and goodies featuring her favorite youtuber. I know she would flip if there were a plushie made. That is a not to subtle hint by the way. Maybe one day. Keep those Stampy Cat books coming! Please! 5 stars isn't enough. My daughter lost her 10 year old mind when we gave her this book. For a kid with autism and a minecragt addiction, Stampy is the bees knees and ianything Stampy is beloved here.Shes spent hours with this book. Filling out activities and laughing her fave off at jokes and letting us know random Stampy info.Awesome price for a hardcover book thats a serious treat for a kiddo. Id love this to be a series. I would buy a Stampy book weekly.Purchased at full list price.
I bought this book for my eight year old son, who is a huge Stampy fan. I gave it to him as a gift before he was to have a minor surgery he was really nervous about, and he was just overjoyed by this book. He forgot all about how he was supposed to be worried, and laughed at the jokes, and that alone was well worth the price. I don't know if Stampy ever reads his reviews, but if he does, thanks, Stampy. :o)Like some of the other reviewers here, I wasn't sure I liked the Stampy YouTube videos at first, finding them kind of annoying, but I warmed to them when I saw how much joy they brought my son and realized that they were something that's seemingly in short supply these days--just good clean fun for kids, and always so happy and positive. This book also seems to be the only one in a sea of imitators that is written by the ACTUAL Stampy. So if you're interested in supporting the person who is the creator of work, and not just people trying to profit from his name, I'd stick with this one.
HEEEEELLLLLLLLOOOO (in my best Stampy voice) this is a Mom of two kids who are OBSESSED with Stampy, and this "lovely" book was a fun surprise for them to receive in the mail. Although my kids love the videos, it was nice to find something "Stampy" that wasn't attached to a device for them. The book itself is easy for them to follow along with, activities that are appropriate, and overall high quality! Thanks Stampy!
I have a 17 year old and a 5 year old that each have a copy of this book. They both love it! My daughter needed a little help reading some of the info and doing some of the puzzles, but most definitely, she loved it and enjoyed doing the puzzles that were offered. They were not too hard for her (some are match the differences, mazes, word searches, etc). Definitely recommend for 5 and up!
I purchased this book for my granddaughter. She adores stampy!!! I went through all the puzzles and cooking items with her and we did find the differences and what's missing. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who is into minecraft and are around the ages of 5 to 12 years. years By the way, my granddaughter has just turned 5 !!!
