It wasn't exactly what I thought I was ordering as I already had a Wee Sing and Play (book and CD) and the one I had is in a "book-type" package so nice and compact and together not separate like I received from your order. The condition was all good though.
I bought this for my baby and while it is great, they rerecorded this album. We also bought Wee Sing Silly Songs and the original Wee Sing Fingerplays, both of which are the original recording. Still good just not the same.
I have 3 boys(20 months, 5 yo, and 7 yo). Each one of them loves this wee sing cd. They know all the words to the songs. I love this cd too. I remember all the songs from my childhood. I plan on buying more CDs from wee sing.
This book, like all the Wee Sing's I've seen is great. The recordings on the CD are fun with real children's voices. My kindergarten and first grade students love the circle dances. The third grade are challenged by the harder clapping and jump-roping games. Great for free days in music class, kids parties, and rainy days. My only complaint is that many of the rhymes listed are also songs, but the notation is not always provided. Its no big deal though if you don't read music.
A wonderful addition to any child's library. I'm so pleased at the price and quality of this touching story book. I would most certainly purchase this again. My little one loves reading this book!
