This book is far and away the most awful children's book I have ever read with my child. It did not make sense, left so many questions and had zero narrative. It was like reading a book where you think they left out a page, except they left out 10 pages. I guess if you've seen the movie, you'd be able to fill in the many many blanks and your child would like this, but we did not see the movie and we did not enjoy this book at all. Horrible.

This book is a really designed for a beginning reader approximately first to second grade who has already seen the Monster High movie Boo York Boo York. Otherwise, the story won't make sense. My daughter loved the illustrations and simplified storytelling.
I bought this book for my granddaughter and she loved it! I would recommend this book to anyone who likes Monster High. Thank you Perdita Finn...for shipping the book sooner than I expected.
My niece loves Monster High, especially any cat characters. This was a big hit for a Christmas gift for a 9 year old!
