You'll only need a loom, some rubber bands, and a few accessories and you're good to go ... for hours and hours that is.Some of the rubber band jewelry creations in this book are easy peasy, while others are quite a bit more challenging and will take a bit of skill with your loom and crochet hook. If you are up to a challenge and can follow directions, both written and/or visual, you'll be making some great gifts in no time. You can make bracelets galore, rings, and even a belt if you're so inclined.In this book you'll start right out learning the basics. My recommendation here, is to opt for the physical book rather than the Kindle. It's ever so much easier to lay these pages out in front of your loom and get to work. After learning those basics, you'll learn all kinds of little tips and how to load up your loom. Oh, and you'll learn how to understand how to read those patterns. That's a must do!This book is bright, full of full-color diagrams, patterns, and photographs of the finished products. Each pattern is prefaced by a brief description of the craft, you'll find a list of things you need, and you'll learn how to "Load It Up!" Once you're ready to go you'll see those visuals and you'll be guided by step-by-step instructions and photographic visuals. This is definitely a great book for both the beginner and the more advanced crafter. No so sure you can do it? Just start out slow, practice, and perhaps try it out with your BBF!
