I purchased this Spanish-language version of an old favorite for a little child in Cuba. It was reported that he loved the book. That's all I know! This is a heavy cardboard-page book, so good for a child who is young enough that he might inadvertently tear regular pages. The story is of course a classic.
I love this book! I loved it when I was a baby and I'm having a baby that's going to be born into a hispanic/caucasian family. I had my fiancé read through it and he said it translated well! I'm SO excited to read this to my baby!
My daughter is expecting her first baby and baby's Spanish Dad was disappointed our purchased baby books were only in English. So I ordered Goodnight Moon in the English and Spanish version. Margaret Wise Brown is a classic author and her charming book was a delight when my children were little. The Included Spanish has made the book a real hit for all in my daughter's family!
This is by far my daughter's favorite book. She has been able to recite it since before she was two. I love this English/Spanish version. She is taking Spanish at school and so this is a nice addition.
We collect the Goodnight books and this was to help with Spanish.
