I have just received the two calendars I ordered for Christmas presents, one for me and one for my aunt! I will be ordering more! Beautiful photography!!!! I have been following John Lander for years through Asiaimages! His photography is breathtaking! This calendar is a must have! Love love love!!!
The only calendar I have wanted to use/own since traveling to Japan many years ago. Between the photos and the writings, I look forward to flipping the page to the new month. Perfect for my inspirational calendar. The computer does the day to day.
This is a gorgeous calendar. Includes moon phases and holidays from lots of different countries and cultures, including Pagan and Jewish, as well as things like "Religious Freedom Day" (January 16) and "Random Acts of Kindness Week" (February 8). The writing at the bottom says things such as, "The tiered pagoda reminds us that enlightenment is not reached in a single leap, but, with commitment, we progress in stages." Lovely.
I had last year's edition and am so happy that there's a new version for 2016. The photography is so beautiful. I have the 2015 calendar next to my desk and the serene images paired with the introspective text really give me something to contemplate all month long. I've already cheated and looked ahead at all the images in the 2016 edition and I can tell it will have the same effect. I hope they don't run out of gardens any time soon!
Beautiful pictures that really brighten each month! This is my second year buying this particular calendar, and I saved many pictures from last year's to put around my office. Plan to do the same with this one. I always get compliments on it as well.

I ordered two of John Lander's 2016 calendars, one for myself and one for a special Christmas gift. I was struck by the composition and unique garden of each page. Unlike most calendar's rather strident colors, this calendar's soft colors bring about a sense of peace and harmony so very welcome in the bustle of our daily lives. I look forward to Lander's next year's calender
