Bought this book for a 9 year old girl who has been jamming through the code.org courses and wanted to show her the huge range of exciting things/careers that can be done with being a coder. I read it first before giving to her (I'm a software engineer) and I think this is a great book for any kids interested in coding....to help keep them motivated for continuing to pursue CS in Jr. High, high school and beyond...
My son already has a great interest in computers, and this book has a lot of useful info for both fee and FREE coding sites as well as what he will need to do to prepare for college while he is in high school now.
