Cute idea but needs work. The monkey is an odd size, really short & wide. You can't stick your whole finger in, and its so wide that having only part of your finger fit doesn't give you enough movement to wiggle the monkey around very much. The story only goes through the first monkey falling off the bed.

Cute board book for the littlest ones. Finger puppet cute idea. It only gives five little monkeys and doesn't count down. Too few pages. You could keep starting the book over and count down the monkeys til there's only one. Finger puppet makes it worthwhile.Got a complete book for when she's older.

This little book is hilarious. It's a quick story that you could memorize in about 10 seconds but the little puppet is what makes this book special. Our 10 month old son goes crazy when you make the puppet move around! Also, another nice feature is that the "pages" are very thick and the binding is strong. Our little guy has ripped other baby books apart and we eventually had to take them out of this toy bin.

Bought this for my 6 month old grandson. He loves the pictures as well as the puppet. It is a great way to get him laughing. It is well made and durable for little ones. I will buy other story's in this series.

I bought this book and others for my granddaughter. She loves to be read too, and loves to pretend to read herself. She LOVES monkeys. This book is one of her favorites. It is a shorter version than the regular book, but is a board book.

Okay little board book. Good thing it is only $6 because the monkey finger puppet is awkward and the story is so short. It does not go through all the little monkeys jumping on the bed, just the first one.

While it's not the artistry of Eileen Christelow, the way the finger puppet fits and interacts with the story is a lot of fun and the price is great. My grandchildren will love this book. Great little gift for the price and especially if you need to add a few dollars to get free shipping with a $35 purchase.

I had bought my 1st granddaughter many for thr 5 Little Monkey Books and we enjoyed the all, so when I saw the finger puppet book I ordered it right away for my new little granddaughter. It too was the thick cardboard pages which I liked, and the graphics are cute but it was only one of the 5 verses long and that was disappointing.
