I put this on my three-year-old son's Christmas wishlist and he received it from a family member. Good thing it is inexpensive, because I don't like to waste other people's money. Yes, the photographs are beautiful, but the informational content is very over-simplified and just boring. The description claims that this book is for ages 4 and up, but I would say this is best for infants and toddlers. My son had already learned the few facts presented in this book at a young two, a year before he even received it. It has been sitting on a shelf of his nature table untouched.

I bought this book to create a lesson plan based on one season (autumn), however, I am very glad I made this purchase. The photos are beautiful, and have clear and large descriptions that explain in simple language for children the main characteristics of each season and what people commonly do within a season. I highly recommend it!

This is a good book for young readers to take AR tests on. It is simple with challenging words and they learn something valuable.

Perfect, small, thin, short, yet informative and colorful book about seasons.

Item came as described. Would buy from this seller again.
