The layout is perfect. I wish some of the pages in front were just blank or lined pages. I will never use flight info, international clothing sizes, dialing codes, travel plans or international time zones. Some people may love the additional pages, but I would rather they be blank. My biggest complaint is the paper. Although the it's soft and feels nice, it might as well be translucent. You can see the print from the back of the page clearly. The lines on the day sections are from the back of the page. The right side holiday page show the map on the other side. The ruler page that is otherwise blank clearly shows that international size page. Based off previous reviews, I expected some shadowing but some of these pars suck. The lines that show through on the day sections may be helpful to some, but for days that need more to-dos the lines will clutter Inbetween where I will write.

I'm a long time customer and lover of Moleskine products, this particular item didn't live up to my expectations.PROS: It's a great organization set-up - it has 7 day boxes on the left side with a full lined page on the right page to jot down notes throughout the week. LOVE! Also like the extra handy pages in there (maps, etc.). Perfect size.CONS: The THINNEST pages I have ever seen. Honestly, it's almost like tracing paper. Every pen leaks through the page and f's up whatever is on the other side. Pencil is the only thing to use realistically without messing up the notebook. Bummer.

I became a fan of Moleskine five years ago when I purchased my first planner. Prior to that I was using the Franklin Covey system, but it became too bulky to carry around. The weekly format of the moleskin makes this an ideal planner to carry around. The solid hard cover is durable and withstands some serious beating. My only gripe is the translucency of the paper; however, if use the right ball point pen the issue is non-existent. Good product overall and I will continue to purchase going forward.

Yes, the pages are thin, but this planner's profile is so slim and it's about the same size as my iPad mini 2. I love that there's a whole page of notes per week, and that there are extras like "holidays and events", "travel planning", address book, and the monthly planner. It's perfect and I'll be buying another planner for next year.

I'm flabbergasted that so many people have given this bad/mediocre reviews. I used one of these planners for the past couple years, in conjunction with a large kikki k that lives on my desk. I also converted my husband; he uses it just at work, but is the right size/functionality to keep track of hard dates/times and projects/delegations, etc. This is the perfect size to keep track of appointments and a few running to-dos. The paper is weighty enough to not feel cheap, but does bleed a bit, depending on the pen (I use fine sharpie pens). Personally, though, I like the worn-in, well-loved feel that comes along with a little bleed-through. The size is good to toss in a purse, but is too big for a back pocket. The elastic held up well, as did the cover. I switched this year to a Kate Spade agenda to carry with me... And I'm kind of regretting it. I got used to having general to-do lists that aren't scheduled for a specific day, so I'm resorting to sticky notes. Annoying. Two things that I do prefer with the Kate Spade (other than the stripes and polka dots, of course...): 1- there are tabs for the different months. It's not a big deal, but is kind of nice. 2- there's the month on 2 page spread in between the months. With the moleskine, I left the ribbon marker on the current week, but with the Kate Spade, I'm able to put a paper clip that goes from the month page to the current week. But honestly, those two things are just different quirks to get used to in each planner.Bottom line: it's a great size, functional design, holds up well, and has a classic look. Next year, I'm switching back.

I'm a big fan of Moleskine and even though I could easily get a planner for free at the office, I would rather spend some money to get a nice Moleskine planner instead. I prefer the hard covers and classic black. I love that there's a monthly calendar as well as the weekly format. There's space underneath each day to jote down appointments/notes and there's even a ruled page on the right for additional notes. It's thin and easy to carry around and toss into your purse or bookbag.

This has helped me keep all of my grad school course work organized. I was feeling a little overwhelmed by the amount of reading and assignments I have this smeared but this planner has taken some of the pressure off. It's durable and fits in both my purse and school bag.

I love this planner! Big margins per day for large handwriting and lined paper on the other side for notes. Extremely well laid out, and durable enough too! Paper is a bit thin but it creates an end effect of being small enough to fit in a handbag. I'm a happy customer!
