I have a black and white kitchen and couldn't find a calendar that fit my decor. When I saw this calendar last year I thought the black background of the photos would do the trick. It did. Christopher Gruvers' photos of the different flowers are amazing and the detail is exquisite. My favorite photo is of the bleeding hearts and I was blown away by the Candy Tulip. I especially love the "poetic interludes" from the likes of Robert Louis Stevenson, Emily Dickinson, and William James. I will continue to purchase this lovely calendar in the years to come.
Christopher Gruver's photographs continue to provide moments of awe. The calendar is one of my favorite things starting each year, and surprise and delights me each month as I uncover another wonder of nature through his lens. This is definitely one of the best gifts I give myself.
This calendar carries a piece of poetic wisdom with each startlingly beautiful flower photograph. The black background allows the flower of the month to be the eye's focus. Notation space is large enough for keepingTrack of appointments.
The photographs are unusually beautiful. It is a very pleasing wall calendar with all the usualnotations for holidays etc. but also very thoughtful quotes for each month.
This is my fifth year of ordering this wonderful collection of flower photographs. They are absolutely beautiful and I never tire of the variety of flowers.
