I found this book at Marshall's and, because there was only one- I came on to and ordered 3 more for my granddaughters. This book shows shoes from different eras - with different styles and lots of detail for the kids to color. I actually scanned a few pages so if I have to be at a dinner with youngsters- I can give them a page to color. Be sure to order some nice markers with thin tips so they can get into small parts. My favorite was a shoe made all of buttons. Your recipient will love this book!
My friend adores shoes. I usually make her a birthday card with shoes I cut out of magazines. So for her 71st birthday, I gave her this book so she color and dream of shoes while she rests between shopping sprees.
I love this line of coloring books. They're fun and diverse. My six year old loves fashion, especially shoes, so this was perfect for her. I love that there is a description of every item so she learns what the pieces she's coloring are.
