I felt ripped off when I got this one in the mail. It's more a pamphlet than a book. There are only 10 pictures. 7 of those are the chute. Just the chute, not the whole truck. There are only 3 pictures of a whole truck. We're researching how to return it... the "book" is so small it probably only cost $1 to ship it back. My son will never see this. I think he'd be disappointing and in his world, nothing is better than a "mixer truck". Zero stars for the book, one star for the educational experience. With 10 stock photos and free software, I could be a "children's author" too.
This book became an instant favorite. We read it every day. Multiple times. Over and over again. Great pictures and lots of cement trucks. For a cement truck crazy little kid, this is a real treasure!
Although the book has excellent photos, it is not what I expected for the price. It is a very flimsy book and will not withstand a toddler looking at it by him/herself. It is very small and the story not very long. I think it could have been longer explaining the steps better. Lower the price or make the book sturdier and larger.
