This is a great book for Minecraft lovers of any age, especially those new to the game or just transitioning from the pocket edition to the full version. Many illustrations and clear descriptions make it a useful handbook for a player. The 7-year-old I babysit has been waiting eagerly for this to come out and she was not disappointed. I enjoy seeing the kiddos take a break from the screens to read, even if it is to learn how to game more! Plus you can't beat the price, especially with release-day delivery. Thank you!
My kids Love it. the quality of the book is just as good as the previous ones in this series. They have been busy pouring threw it and in the case of my little one memorizing it!! Great for the young Minecraft fan in your house!!
This is a great resource for players of Minecraft. My Daughter was really excited when I got her the whole set. The books are designed to entertain and inform. They're attractive and easy to garner information from. The layout is very easy to follow and the artwork is all Minecraft. I'm a Minecraft Novice, my little girl is so much more advanced than I. Her Mother refuses to play anything but Creative mode. Which of itself is awesome! BUY ALL THESE BOOKS, they are a far better resource than the Internet. The Net has too many jokers who will mess with your head. BUT, there are some really great purveyors of Minecraft intelligence and design expertise. As a former Video Game Designer, I give these folks 10s across the board.
Kids read it over and over
These are available now in a series, however for parents like me that have their kids earn one thing at a time, this is a reasonable way to purchase the books individually. It teaches a lot of things that I would not have known about minecraft, for example what light level are required to keep mobs from spawning. This is not an independent read for little kids. I read this to my son, and it is honestly a pretty dry read if you aren't into minecraft at all. Be warned. However it is great bonding.
Our sons loves these books and they are apparently helpful when builing in Minecraft. I thought they were narratives, not necessarily an instruction book. He uses them when on Minecraft. Wonders never cease
My grandson loves anything and everything Minecraft, so when I stumbled upon this series, I just had to buy them. He actually brought the book with us on a car ride and read it instead of playing games on his ipad, which I consider a huge win!
i almost didn't graduate because i didn't go to recess cause i don't play! that being said this is my sons game he seemed to love the book and it helped him play this stupid block game that makes no sense to me
