I have developed a great appreciation for John Marshall III as an author, so I was looking forward to this calendar for next year. I was not disappointed. I think everyone will get something a bit different out of it, so what I appreciated most may not be what someone else will. But it's far more than just 30 squares (or 31) on a sheet with a pretty picture above it. This is worth studying and contemplating each month.
These have //12 // savable pictures with about 6-7 lines of wisdom below the print.Words in the realm of walking right as we move thru this world.Look at this photo. The aer inside has somewhat similar primary cilors, with great detail and passion fir nature. You can check the other minths here too. I also bought a National Parks retro-poster calendar, but that calendar was kind of real- dull. +Not the railroad posters but seemingly ine dull artistThis calendar is so much better. A great find. It is my only paper on the wall date calendar. .I use it for my slowed down life with few appointments, and more spaces for dreaming! My bright phone emails me appointment reminders, like 2, 3, or 4 times preceding it, in days, hours or both. But I dont hold on to my phone all day. I still like a quick, -look-up-and-see/ great beauty from a wise people's wisdim, wall calendar.Enjoy this, its a worth while purchase if you like the subject-basis and want a good calendar, in a moderate size. Fits a lit of spots.
I buy one of these every year! I think this might be my fourth one, and I just love following along with the Lakota seasons. The art is always amazing. It's a great conversational piece when people come over and it gets people interested in a culture that needs more recognition. I know I will be getting another one for 2017 :)

If you are into Native American spirituality, you should love this unique artwork. Strangely, the month pages do not indicate the "western" day of the week. So, we wind up writing them in.
Packet with this beautiful well-wrapped calendar +2 other books was waiting for me after a long day between airport and hospital. Now that's good medicine! A-ho!
