My grandson loved this book! He liked the feel of Daniel's face on the book front while his mother read to him. The book follows an episode of Daniel's neighborhood that shows how to deal with different emotions that a child might face. Very appropriate!

Really enjoy the Daniel Tiger book series! If your child is a fan, this book is a must own and instant favorite. Goes through multiple episodes focusing on key feelings: mad, sad, happy, frustrated and scared.Suggestion for Creator:- a push and play button for some of the songs. My son loves the potty book and enjoys pushing the button at key moments in the book, this feature would really help the child interface with book more.

I read this to my 2 year old just about every night. She has most of the book memorized and I made sure I knew the songs before I read it to her. She loves singing with me when I read the book. This has been well worth the money. I hope they release another one in the future that you can sing songs in.

My one year old son is a huge Daniel tiger fan. This book is great because his face on the cover sticks out with a plush material and my son loves to touch it and play with it. I find it makes the reading experience more interactive. It's also a great book that helps encourage kids in learning to express their feelings. Great buy.

I didn't realize that Daniel's face on the cover was stuffed animal material and 3D, fun surprise for my toddler. He's a huge Daniel fan and we have all of the board books so far. This one is just as great!

Fun, educational book to differentiate emotions for toddlers of the Daniel-loving persuasion, but there is absolutely no reason for the stuffed Daniel head on the front of the book. It is not a puppet and doesn't do anything and serves no purpose, which frustrated my daughter, as she tried to figure out why it was there and for what reason. (Nor does it go "though" the book pages. It's just stuck on the cover.) It is totally extraneous and not worth the waste of materials, let alone the fact that it takes up the book shelf space with "the head." LOL. Otherwise, a great book, but just know…the head is just…a wonky stuffed head that weighs the cover down.

Soft stuffed animal face on the cover of the book begs your child to Ugga Mugga it. Easy to read and covers many different feelings children experience. The book is a hard cover board book.

Another great Daniel Tiger book! This book focuses on the stories that deal with Daniel's feelings. The book goes right along with the show, so my son recognized the short little stories and sings along with the songs. When we are reading it, we often stop to talk about times my little tiger has felt like Daniel did and how he dealt with it. The pictures are bright and inviting. It is definitely one of my son's favorites and we seem to read it at bedtime at least twice a week! I see how much reading this and watching Daniel has helped my little guy grown emotionally.
